Terms of service

Our client terms are being finalized. Until they're posted, each client's signed agreement governs the service.

The agreement will cover at least:

• Booked-job definition: an appointment on the client's calendar with the customer's name, address, phone and job type that isn't canceled within 24 hours.
• Pricing: per-booked-job prices, the monthly cap, the setup fee and its waiver, and the free 14-day trial terms.
• 10-second guarantee: how average answer time is measured (from when the call reaches us to the assistant's greeting), and that the month is free if it goes over 10 seconds.
• Not an emergency service: callers in danger are told to call 911.
• Inbound only: no outbound sales calls or texts. AI disclosure and recording notice on every call.
• Data: handling, retention and deletion (see the privacy policy).
• Term: month to month; cancel at any time.
• Limitation of liability, governing law (Arizona), and contact details.
