Arroyo Line ("we") answers phone calls for home-service contractors ("clients"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. It covers this website and the calls we answer.

Calls we answer for our clients

When you call a contractor that uses Arroyo Line, an AI assistant answers. You are told at the start of the call that it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded.

We collect what you tell us on the call, such as your name, phone number, address, email, and details about the job. We also keep the call recording, the transcript, your caller ID, and the call time and length.

We use this only to:

• book your appointment or pass your message to the contractor you called;
• send you a confirmation if you ask for one; and
• check and improve call quality, including answer times.

We share it with the contractor you called. We also share it with the service providers we need to run the calls: our voice AI and phone provider, the client's calendar system, and email. We do not sell your information. We do not use it for our own marketing, and we do not make sales calls or send marketing texts to callers.

This website

This site has no sign-up forms, and we do not add analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log basic technical data, such as IP addresses, for security. If you email us, we keep your email to reply.

Business emails we send

We may email businesses about our service. Every email includes our postal address and a way to opt out. Reply "no thanks" and we will stop within 10 business days.

How long we keep data

We keep recordings and transcripts for {{RETENTION_PERIOD}}, unless a client's agreement says otherwise. After that we delete them.

Your choices

• To ask for a copy of a call record, or for it to be deleted, email {{PRIVACY_EMAIL}} with the number you called from and the date.
• If you don't want to talk to an AI or be recorded, say so on the call. We will take only a name and number for the contractor to call you back.

Security

We limit access to call data to the people and providers who need it to deliver the service.

Children

Our service is for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
