Your after-hours calls, answered and booked.
Arroyo Line answers your after-hours and overflow calls for Phoenix roofing and HVAC contractors, in English or Spanish. It asks your questions and books the job on your calendar. You pay per booked job.
The problem
A caller who gets voicemail at night, on a weekend or while your crew is on a roof can call the next company instead. We pick up those calls and book them for you.
How it works
- We set it up the same day. We read your website, write the call script for your services and service area, and run test calls. You connect your calendar and forward the calls you choose. You keep your number.
- We answer, in English or Spanish. Calls are answered in your company's name, and callers are told it's an AI assistant. It asks your questions: address, job type, urgency, roof type or system age, insurance claim or not.
- The job is booked into an open slot on your calendar, and the customer gets an email confirmation if they give an email.
- You get an email summary with the recording and transcript. Emergencies go to your on-call phone.
- Every week you get a report: calls answered, jobs booked, and an estimate of what those jobs are worth at your own average ticket.
Built for roofing and HVAC: monsoon leak calls, tile, foam and shingle intake, no-cool AC calls, maintenance plans, financing questions and service-area screening. During a monsoon storm, active leaks are flagged urgent and get a live transfer or the earliest open slot. On insurance claims, it records the carrier and claim status, but it never gives insurance advice.

FAQ
Will callers know it's AI?
Yes. It says so at the start of each call, in English or Spanish.
Does it really speak Spanish?
Yes. It answers in Spanish when the caller speaks Spanish, and your summary comes to you in English.
How fast is setup?
Same day, once your calendar is connected and call forwarding is on. We write the script from your website, and you can change anything.
Do I lose my phone number?
No. You forward the calls you choose, and you can turn forwarding off at any time.
Which calendars do you work with?
Jobber and Google Calendar. With Housecall Pro, we book directly if you're on its MAX plan. On other Housecall Pro plans, we book through Google Calendar or email the booking to your office.
What about emergencies?
You set the rules. Emergencies can be transferred live to your on-call phone.
Does it help with insurance claims?
It records whether there's a claim, the carrier and any claim number, so your team has them. It doesn't give insurance advice or say what a policy covers.
Do you make sales calls to my customers?
No. We only answer incoming calls. No cold calls.
Are calls recorded?
Yes, and callers are told at the start. You get every recording and transcript.
What counts as a booked job?
An appointment on your calendar with the customer's name, address, phone and job type that isn't canceled within 24 hours. It's written into your agreement.
How is "10 seconds" measured?
From when the call reaches us to the assistant's greeting. Every call is logged, and you can see the report.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel at any time.
